Service is what separates our company from the competition! The W.S. Nielsen Company's full-time service department supplements our design and installation services, providing building owners and managers with turn-key solutions to their Skylighting and Specialty Architectural needs.
We provide assistance to building owners and managers who have existing skylights or architectural systems that may be in need of repair or restoration. When a building manager has an issue with a skylight or system, we help diagnose the problem and offer short term and long term options for assuring high quality, long lasting improvements to the building. These options can include work done on a project basis or long term preventive maintenance agreements.
The W.S. Nielsen Company provides full service OSHA certified installation services for all types of skylight and sloped glazing systems. Our installation teams are also qualified to offer professional services to sun shades, louvers, metal mesh systems, grillwork and other innovative glass products. We have erection crews that travel throughout the United States working exclusively on these applications. All personnel are full time employees of the W.S. Nielsen Company. These crews work on jobs not only sold by W.S. Nielsen, but are also chosen by leading manufacturers and representative companies as their resource for quality installation.

* Assure all required documentation and information is provided to field crews for inventory of supplied materials and conformity to design and proper installation.
